Long-distance move from Texas to Maryland

Very unprofessiona, arrogant manager and foremen.

Is anyone using these guys ? Dont even try using them. Hidden fees and hostage taking of your goods.
Promised free storage that never was. Arrogant. Manager who threatens to auction your goods. Look for another company to move and not these guys. We had lodge numerous complaints in order for us to finally get our goods. Please don't try these guys.

Long-distance move from Texas to Virginia

Worst moving experience ever.

I can not begin to express my dissatisfaction with this company. Initially my talk with the saleman Bobby Kaplan put me to ease, as he assured me my move would go off without a hitch.  June 10th, 3 men arrive, to pick up my things.  They broke everything down, and loaded it nicely onto a moving truck that had a different name on the side but I wasn't too worried at that point.  Next thing you know I have a re-estimate sheet thrown in my face asking for an extra 880.00 on top of the original 2200.00 for the move.  It was already on the truck, and I felt backed in a corner. What was I to do? I made my way from Texas to Virginia, and the long grueling wait began.  My stuff sat for about a week until someone picked it up from the hub in Houston, TX. Three days later, the driver calls me "I broke down"..it took him a week to get his truck back on the road. I called customer care, and they acted like it wasn't their problem. Rude and unprofessional folks at that office. Finally on the 28th of June my things arrive. Demanding cash or money order upon arrival (shady way of doing business, I found out why later), he opens the side trailer and here I see all of my things scattered around, not tied down, plastic bins broken.  They begin taking stuff off the trailer through a door, not with the assistance of a ramp, or an electric lift..just the driver and two hired helpers (apparently was their first day on the job).  They practically dropped my washer on the ground, took out a dresser upside down, and lodged everything into the living room in a pile, and left! It was stated in the contract of both break-down and setup of furniture. I received bare bones.  My personal belongings may not mean anything to anyone else, but I entrusted these people to care for my possessions, as some are damaged, and some are broken beyond repair. To make matters worse I have things that are missing, of which I probably will never get back.  I don't know how else to express this but take it from me "Do not use this company, they are a third party, they are brokers and they will lie six ways to Sunday in order to get your business."

Long-distance move from Texas to Washington

Easy move.

My wife chose All Services movers to move our items to Waco from Tacoma. She seemed to really like that there were locations at point A and B of our move. They guys came in and loaded everything up with no problem and it took about 9 days to get our things. Our stuff was on time and not damaged, our rep was helpful and pleasant to work with through this experience. I can't really complain, they did a great job. Will definitely use their services again!

Long-distance move from Washington to Wisconsin

You get what you pay for -- spend more and save yourself the stress.

Sheez, where to begin? I was moving the bare minimum of items from WA to WI. Sure, my quote wound up costing me an additional $200 or even $300, but since the estimate was done over the phone, I only have myself to blame for that. If you can get an in-house estimate, do that. But what am I saying, really? I just wouldn't hire these guys! Go somewhere else, even if you have to spend more money. You know the saying you get what you pay for? Well, since this was pretty affordable, you pay for a) [EDIT] service b) movers who can barely speak/understand English c) rude and incompetent customer service reps on the phone. From the moment my items were picked up (naturally, 2 hours late) on August 29 until they were delivered in Green Bay, WI on September 21, I was fretting. I had to call in on these guys daily as it's true -- you'll get told a new song and dance about when to expect your items every single freaking time you call. You have to stay on top of these guys.. if you don't.. you just might never see your items again. When the movers showed up, it was just one scrawny Russian guy who did not even have anything to help lower items off the truck and thus -- several items fell to the ground. I have a feeling this company hires illegal immigrants and pays them all [EDIT] poor wages under the table.. Again, heed the warning: you get what you pay for. Spend more and have a better moving experience!!

Long-distance move from Texas to California

Complete Fraud - Absolute Criminals.

I am in the process of working through the claims company that All Services Garbage (Calling them movers is an insult to any other moving company) uses for your claims once they completely screw up your move from top to bottom.
Anyway, they damages nearly $10,000 worth of furniture. It looks like they took a hammer or a bat to our stuff. They broke so much and destroyed so much that it is very obvious that it was done on purpose because I complained about delivery time.
So take a word of advice, if you are dumb enough to use these criminals, expect your move to be late, expect them to steal from you, expect them to harass you, expect them to intentionally destroy everything you own, and expect them to deny every claim so that you have to take them to court.
These people are the worst possible kinds of people. They hold your items hostage, charge you more and more just to get your move on the road, then do all they can to damage anything worth anything..
What a total fraud.

Long-distance move from California to Texas

Worst move ever.

Worst move ever. Most of our things were damaged. Driver showed up in flip flops and pajama bottoms, charged an extra $1200 for packing materials and labor. Labor my family did. They came at 1pm and did not leave until 3:30 am. In my quote I told the estimator I have moved 20 times I need two large trucks. They showed up in a rented budget truck. I asked if another was on its way, th driver said they would call one if needed.  They left behind a lot of items when I callled the next day to get them picked up they refused.  Delivery was late. My boxes looked like they were tossed off the truck several times. They takes months getting back to you on your claim. They ruined antique furniture , bikes, crushed boxes ,broken dishes. Do not use them. Run away.  They offered $135 on my claim.  They damaged my $7000 bed and so many other things. Please look at my pictures to see how your stuff will be delivered.

Local move within Texas

Liars, Thieves..and Silence.

I had decided on a move with another company, and 1 month before my moving date, was TEXTED by a random number, soliciting a better deal with All Services Movers. Despite the bizarre sales tactic, they offered me the same price as the previous moving company, and took the time to direct me to the other company's 'hidden BBB reviews' that were terrible. I was promised that my items would be wrapped, and remain wrapped upon delivery, as they were being stored in a friends' basement for several months while I was traveling internationally for work. Day before moving day, I called Bobby to confirm. No response. I then got a barrage of emails, texts and phonecalls confirming the wrong day for moving. I spent several hours on the phone to retain my original move-out date, as I was on a lease and flexibility wasn't an opion at that point. The two men showed up several hours after our slated date, wrapped up my things, refused to take some things, and asked me to sign a faulty inventory list (they had left 3 major items off of the list). These guys had been working all day, it was really really hot, and my house was their 4th entire house of the day- they didn't have dollies or anything, they were hauling everything up the stairs by hand- so I'll give them credit for that.  When all was said done, my bill came to nearly TWICE what I was quoted, as the day-of movers had an entirely different inventory, weight, and estimate in-hand than I digitally had. At that point, I just wanted to be done with it so I gave them full payment for the original amount. Before leaving the country, I gave a saleswoman (Veronica) the remaining payment over the phone. All my items arrived to my friends' basement safely except for my prized posession and most important item in the move: a hand-built bicycle worth well over $2500. Unfortunately, I'm a solid packer, so all of my winter boots and coats, as well as bicycle tools, helmet, lights, lock- etc..were all in the box, putting it valued at nearly $4k by my estimation. Additionally, I ended up with an extra ratty table and piece of plywood that the moving company has not come to retrieve, now over a month later. Also, my items that I was promised would arrive and remain wrapped up in the $300 worth of plastic wrapping I paid for (yes, seriously)- were all entirely unwrapped and thrown haphazardly into the basement. I have received one message about the bike, with a website link to a claims agency to submit a claim- but now, 2 weeks later, have not had any responses from All-Services Movers about the wherabouts of my bike- or who the table/plywood belong to- or from the claims agency.

Long-distance move from Texas to Connecticut

Worse moving company, DONOT HIRE THEM.

Worse moving company ever, Donot hire them. We have moved 6 times in past tweleve years without any problems but All Services Movers were the worse. They have lost our washer and drayer. They damaged most of our furnitures and most of the picture frames and dishes were not wrapped so they all broke. Their employees told us they were not trained and they were picked up by Home depot before coming to our house. They charged us twice as much as quoted price. Hired driver will testify how bad the load was but they told him to take the load anyway. We have called and emailed them with pictures but they are not returning our calls or emails. The salesman by the name of Bobby will lie and make up stories, donot trust him. Nicole Green is the manager but she doesnot care and hung up the phone. Brian in Houston claims he is the owner and if we didn't pay additional $10,000 he would not deliver our products. BBB were notified and legal action is in process. DO NOT go through what our family went through.

Long-distance move from Texas to Virginia

Save Yourself The Headache And Marriage!

Let me first state this company is deceptive and not trustworthy; my wife and I were moving from Texas back to Virginia.  My wife found this company online and we both spoke to a (deceptive) salesman and he assured us everything would be a breeze.  My wife and this incompetent individual agreed on a price that was supposed to only change by $300 give or take according to this person.    When the company came to pick up our belongings, everything was status quo as agreed upon.  However, when all of our items were in their hands and possessions loaded onto their truck, they switched gears on us and renegotiated their contract and basically held us hostage with our belongings. We then learned the charge was to rise by another $1,000 - that is an almost 50% increase.  Due to the fact that it was our only child's birthday,  I felt obligated to agree to the demands as I did not want to cause a dispute in front of the our daughter.  At that point we had no choice but to go with their lies and deceptions.  They assured us our belongings would be at their destination within a week or 10 days at the maximum.  The day before the scheduled arrival of our belongings, the driver called us and stated that his truck had broken down but assured us he would be arriving within two days.  This time frame stretched to almost another week; at this point my wife was concerned our items may have been stolen; and with the headache or not knowing where your items are, we needed reassurance that everything was above board.  We then called their sales office and spoke to the associate who we had suspected of lying to us previously.  To our immense surprise he ignored us and directed us to their customer service, who didn't even recognise us as their customer, or even cared to atttempt to resolve our concern.  Later after much interrogation of their driver, we were told by the said driver that "he was a sub contracted driver and didn't really work for that company and that he answered to God only".  While I admire his dedication to his religious faith, I felt it inappropriate to assert it to me, a supposed "valued customer" at that particular time.  Please save yourself the headache and hassle - do not hire this company.. they have still not followed through on their promises to resolve our outstanding concerns after almost a month.  Now that their pockets have been filled with our hard earned money and they have been paid, they have obviously no regard for pursuing our concerns to a satisfactory resolution.

Long-distance move from Missouri to Nevada

Horrible Company.

We did an online inquiry for a moving service and were contacted by All Services Movers Inc via phone. The service rep that set up the order gave a verbal quote of around $2800 for our move and advised I needed to pay $450 via paypal to secure the pickup date. I paid the $450 fee and received an invoice via email with the total estimated amount. This company does not give exact amount until day of pickup b/c they do not look at the load to be moved until the day of pickup (and will not pickup until initial fee is paid). 2 movers, using a Budget truck, picked up our stuff on July 7th from Hollister, MO. A cashier's check for $1610 was given to the drivers that picked up the load, and then they asked her for $100 cash b/c they did not have enough money for gas to make it to the warehouse in St Louis! They assured her that this amount would be deducted from the total due at the time of delivery. My family and I had already left for Henderson, NV and requested delivery ASAP. The drivers quoted 2 days to 2 weeks for estimated time of delivery. At the 2 week mark, I called the dispatch number and was informed that "by state law, they have up to 21 days for time of delivery" before we can take any kind of action. I was also informed our stuff was sitting in a warehouse in St Louis, MO and they were waiting for a driver that would be coming our way. I made over 15 phone calls over the next 2 weeks, and had to leave SEVERAL messages. I received 3 call backs in that entire time and was told the same; they were still waiting on a driver. When the 21st day came and went, I called the dispatch again and was told by a young lady that for every day they are late from the 21 days, $30 would be discounted from our bill due. The delivery driver called our house on August 4th to inform us he would be delivering our stuff the next day. He quoted that we still owed $730 and it needed to be paid in cash at the time of delivery. I asked if he had been informed that we would be getting a discount, he had not. SOOO..I called the 800 number again for All Services Movers and was informed that at $30 for seven days, we would be getting $210 off of our bill. I also asked if they compensated for the air mattresses and lawn furniture we had to purchase to have something to sleep/sit on for the past month while we waited on them in our new home. The lady on the phone said she would discount our amount owed to $400 and she would call the delivery driver to inform him of the new total. When he arrived on August 5th, he had not been contacted. Over the next hour, the driver and I made and received several phone calls from a manager of the All Services Movers company that FIRST claimed I owed $830, and when I reminded him my mom had to pay $100 cash to his pickup drivers, he acted as if he had no idea what I was talking about. Then, he finally decided that he remembered that and continued quoting the $730. He hung up on me several times after I insisted he call the number of the dispatch lady that told me to have $400 in cash. He called back to tell me I only receive $25 off for the 7 days past, which would be $150 discount. He said it was written in the contract. THEN, when I told him to retrieve the phone recording that would have her quoting the discount to me, he decided somewhere that it is $30, but I'm only getting credited for 5 days past the due date, still making the discount $150. He insisted I owed $580, but since I was told I only needed $400 in cash, I did not have the additional money. The All Services manager was VERY rude and called me a liar. I requested that we talk on a three way call to the woman that I spoke to earlier; once she was on the phone, she blatantly lied (to save her job) and also called me a liar. In the end, he informed me that if I didn't pay the remainder of the money, the moving men would reload my stuff and take it back OR if they did not, the money would be taken out of their paychecks. They are a different company that All Services uses for delivery only. I had to go to my bank to retrieve the rest of the money THAT I DID NOT OWE so that they would continue unloading my stuff. The drivers were very polite and apologized for all of the trouble and admitted that they hadn't dealt with this particular company before and that they did not seem very organized or professional. Once our stuff was unloaded, we saw that several items were damaged and filthy from sitting in a dirty warehouse uncovered for a month! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT A VERY LONG TIME FOR YOUR STUFF AND OVERPAY FROM THE AMOUNT QUOTED!!
